Suitability of Goods
It is your responsibility to ensure the suitability of all items before placing an order. I accept no liability resulting from the use of any goods for any purpose other than that for which they are intended, or for any consequential loss by yourself or any other person or company.
Availability of Goods
All orders are taken subject to the availability of goods. Most items are held in stock, however if an item cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time then a full refund will be made.
Payment is to be made at the time of order. The payment provider is PayPal, and you may pay by any means accepted by PayPal in your country of residence, including Visa and Mastercard. You do not have to open a PayPal account.
Value Added Tax
In compliance with French taxation law, no VAT is chargeable to customers either within or outside the European Union.
All deliveries must be signed for, and you should make arrangements to receive the goods. Goods will normally be dispatched within 1 - 2 days of the payment being cleared, and are subject to the carrier's normal transit times.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, I shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by yourself or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the estimated delivery date. After delivery, you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage. You should inspect the Goods upon delivery and before signing for them and report any damage to the courier and myself immediately.
The goods are sent direct from our suppliers, and therefore no collection in person is possible.
Digital goods are available for immediate download from this website. No paper or other physical product will be sent. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct software to enable the use of the product. If you have any problems downloading a purchased product, please contact me at the email address given in the order confirmation. No support is available for free products.
In the case of any goods received proving to be faulty, please contact me as detailed in the order confirmation for return details.
In compliance with your rights under European law, I will accept the return of unwanted goods within 7 (seven) days of your having received them. Any goods returned must be in perfect condition with all the original packaging. Once their condition has been verified then the amount paid will be refunded less carriage charges to the original payment address. Please contact me for return details.
Downloaded items cannot be returned. A full refund will be given for any unwanted digital goods, if applied for within 60 days of the date of purchase. The goods may be retained by the customer.
