About Ebooks

What is an Ebook? An Ebook is a book in electronic form which you can read on your computer. It can be downloaded and read immediately, so you don't have to wait for it to be delivered. It's easier to find your way around than a conventional book as well, because the contents list has links in it like a web page, allowing you to easily jump to any page you want.

What software do I need? Solar Power Answers Ebooks are in Adobe^® Portable Document Format. You will need the free Acrobat^® Reader or a compatible package to read it.

I'm away from my desk, how can I read an Ebook? You just print out the Ebook and take it with you. Or, if you only need some pages, you can print just those. If you lose it or drop it in the mud, then you can print another copy for next time.

Ordering

How do I place an order? You can place an order at any time by pressing the "Buy Now" button. You will be taken to a secure payment page and as soon as your payment has been accepted you can download the Ebook and start to read it.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards are accepted. If you have a PayPal account you can also make a payment from your balance.

How do I know that your site is secure? The payment provider is PayPal, who have industry-leading security features. Your financial information is known only to PayPal, and cannot be accessed by anybody but yourself.

How will the Ebook be delivered? Delivery is by a website link to a downloadable file. This link will be made available to you immediately on successful payment. All you have to do is click on the link and save the file to your hard disk.

Do I have to be in Europe? No, you can order from all around the world. Because the Ebook is delivered directly to your computer, you don't have to be at home or in your office. Go to the PayPal website to see a full list of the countries from which payments are accepted.

What guarantee do you offer? There is a full money-back guarantee with no strings attached if you order through PayPal, using your credit card or PayPal balance. If you don't like the book for any reason, just e-mail me within 60 days at the address given in the order confirmation to receive a full refund.
